Based on experience, clientele, and achievable gross profit you will begin in one of the below tiers. After you begin, hitting quota will move you up in tiers.
Tier Level:
I - Assist tiers II and III Account Executives in booking pre-qualified, pre-contacted leads in their territories while engaging in an accelerated mentorship program. Build the foundation of your territory with small business accounts under the guidance of tiers II and III Account Executives.
II - Mentor tier I Account Executives in booking pre-qualified, pre-contacted leads in your territory while engaging in a land in expand model with your current accounts. Receive established accounts from tier III Account Executives and manage remote business across the United States.
III - Manage Enterprise Accounts and assist Account Executives in closing strategic deals for larger clients. Assist in maintaining key vendor and engineering relationships in your region.
This role has a total compensation range of $65,000-$1,000,000
